Noah Lyon is a multidisciplinary artist based in Brooklyn. In his early teens he became involved in the underground music community where he began a prolific output of ephemera including zines, buttons, t-shirts, music, and radio broadcasts. Since receiving his BFA from the Cooper Union School of Art in 2002 he has exhibited his drawings and paintings at galleries and museums internationally. His work is in the collections of The Brooklyn Museum, MoMA, The Tate Britain, and The Whitney Museum of American Art. He recently collaborated with with revered Japanese designer Rei Kawakubo on clothing collections for both Comme des Garçons and Dover Street Market. His DUMBO studio is dedicated specifically to his paintings.
