How long have you been based in DUMBO?
What do you enjoy about being based in DUMBO?
I love the vibrant art community in DUMBO – I got to meet amazing artists whose work I admire and the ongoing conversations are stimulating and enriching. Getting to my studio constantly feels like a fresh experience – from the moment I walk up the subway steps into the street, cross through the park by the river with its ever-changing rhythms, the majestic bridges, the people – it all enters my work.
In addition to its unique flavor, Dumbo is also relatively easy to get to by train and fairy – a friendly agora.
What artists are you excited to see at the 2022 DUMBO Open Studios?
Studios: Laura Karetzky, Juan Sanchez, Levan Mindiashvili, Kate Teale, Theresa Daddezio, Andrew Woolbright, Elizabeth Hazan and Platform Projects, Sharon Butler, Elise P. Church, Jamie Martinez, and so many others.
What else should visitors not miss during their visit to DUMBO Open Studios 2022?
